Alouette Frittata With Baby Shrimp |

This would be a wonderful surprise for Mom on Mother's Day! Breakfast in Bed...Make it special. Ingredients:
1 (6 1/2 ounce) package alouette sundried tomato & basil spreadable cheese |
8 eggs |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup cooked baby shrimp |
2 green onions, minced |
2 teaspoons lemon zest |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F. 2. Whisk together the Alouette Spreadable Cheese, eggs, and sour cream in a large bowl until well blended. 3. Stir in the shrimp, onion, and 1 teaspoons lemon zest until well mixed. 4. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch non-stick baking pan and bake at 350° F for 30 minutes or until set. 5. Cut the warm frittata into squares and garnish with remaining lemon zest. 6. Tips: This recipe can be served warm or cold and cut into small squares for use as an appetizer. |
