This is a recipe from my good firend Dawn Bruchez who has lived all over the world Ingredients:
800g potato |
pinch of salt |
small onion diced |
handfull of caulliflower |
handfull of bacon bits (cooked) |
10g ginger paste |
10g garlic paste |
40ml oil (olive) |
8g tumeric power |
8g coriander leaf (ground up dry) |
10 g cumin powerder |
chilli poweder |
8g bhancha char spices (malsala) |
Directions:
1. Boil up your potaots and cauliflower until done, drain and set aside. 2. Fry the onion until golden brown, add salt, giner, garlic, tumeric, coriander, cumin, chilli and char spices with some oil. Fry for a minute. 3. Add potatos and mix in bacon bits, fry for a further 5 minutes addig a little oil if needed to coat all the spuds with the spices. 4. Roll up in a rotti (if you have or a chipatti) and enjoy. |
