Ingredients:
500 g low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
100 g potatoes
Directions:
1. Blend together the yogurt, cumin, salt, and chili flakes.
2. Chill in fridge.
3. Cook potatoes in boiling water.
4. Peel and dice when cool.
5. Mix with the yogurt.and serve it.
