Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes |
2 cups milk |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup ghee |
1 pinch saffron |
1 tablespoon chopped cashew nuts |
1 teaspoon cardamom powder |
Directions:
1. Peel and grate potatoes. 2. Boil in milk till tender and thick. 3. Mash well. 4. Add sugar cook on a slow fire. 5. Add ghee, cashewnuts, cardamom and saffron, blend well. 6. When it begins to leave the pan remove from fire. 7. Transfer it to a greased tray. |
