very tatsy aloo gobi Ingredients:
1 large cauliflower |
2 small potatoes |
1 teaspoon ginger paste |
1 chopped onion (small) |
1 chopped tomato (small) |
2 green chilies |
salt |
2 g cumin seeds |
2 g turmeric powder |
2 g chili powder |
2 g allspice |
2 teaspoons oil |
Directions:
1. fry onion in oil until golden brown. 2. add ginger paste , sliced potatoes , cauliflower florets . 3. simmer for 2 minutes .add tomatoes , cumin seeds , salt , tumeric powder , chilli powder .and all spice. 4. cover it with lid and cook for 7 minutes. |
