I'm a new cook, and my wife has been showing me how to have fun in the kitchen. This salsa is a combination of my very favorite things. 1 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple |
1 cup chopped peeled mango |
1 cup coarsely chopped red bell pepper |
1 cup cubed peeled kiwifruit (about 3) |
3/4 cup chopped red onion |
1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
2 teaspoons chopped seeded jalapeƱo pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill for 2 hours. |
