Simple, easy and quick. Ingredients:
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can salmon, drained & flaked |
2 tomatoes, chopped |
1 cucumber, peeled seeded & diced |
2 green onions, sliced |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
3 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1 tablespoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and toss together. 2. Chill. 3. Serve on a bed of lettuce. 4. And yes that is 1T black pepper. |
