A good friend gave this recipe to me. Ingredients:
4 teaspoons lemon juice |
16 ounces cream cheese (2 blocks) |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
1/2 cup coconut flakes |
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained |
Directions:
1. Mix all together & chill 3-4 hours if possible, or overnight. Serve with plain old fashioned coconut cookies (the $1 bags in stores). |
