This is an excellent summer dip. My mom always served this in a pineapple boat. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package whipped cream cheese |
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained |
1 cup flaked coconut |
1 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 cup pecans |
Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients until blended well. 2. Chill and serve with crackers. |
