A delicious and easy salad that is actually more like a dessert, but why not just call it a salad AND then have dessert as well Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened |
12 oz cool whip |
12 oz crushed pineapple, draiend |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup pretzels, crushed |
1/2 cup pecans, crushed |
2/3 cup sugar |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar, then fold in cool whip 2. Add pineapple and store overnight in the fridge 3. Mix the pretzels, pecans, 2/3 cup sugar and butter 4. Press in 9X13 pan, then bake 7 minutes at 375 degrees 5. Let crust mixture cool, then break into pieces and store until ready to serve 6. Mix topping with cool whip mixture and serve |
