Called Holly's Cole Slaw in Pingry Cooks and was submitted by Bunny Raabe. It sounds Hawaiian to me with raisins and pineapple. Prebagged shredded cole slaw helps cut down on prep time. I guessed can ounces since the recipe just said a can for the pineapple tidbits. Ingredients:
1 head cabbage, grated |
1 cup raisins |
1 (7 ounce) can pineapple, tidbits, drained |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon celery seed |
1 tablespoon melon juice |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss. 2. Cimbine the dressing ingredients and mix into the salad. |
