Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts |
2 cups teri yakisoba sauce |
1/4 cup mirin |
1/3 cup canola oil |
sea salt |
fresh cracked pepper |
Directions:
1. hand pound and slice chicken breast into 2-3 oz strips. 2. marinate in teriyaki sauce,canola oil, and mirin overnight. 3. place chicken on water soaked wooden skewers 4. fire grill. 5. glaze with teri yaki sauce while grilling. 6. season with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper. |
