Almost Too Easy Carbonara Bake |

This recipe comes from my British chef friend, Ruth. Prep time includes cooking pasta. Ingredients:
1 lb penne rigate, cooked |
1 (16 ounce) jar alfredo sauce |
2 cups ham, diced |
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix cooked penne, alfredo sauce, ham, 1 cup cheese, and salt and pepper to taste in a casserole dish. 2. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F until heated through and cheese is slightly browned. |
