Almost Fat Free Homemade Banana Bread |

One loaf of bread. Nutritional facts are for 1/16th of the loaf. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
3/4 cup splenda |
1 tbsp baking powder |
3/4 tsp salt |
3 bananas |
1/2 cup skim milk |
2 large whole eggs |
1 egg white |
1 tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Sift together the first four ingredients in a medium bowl. 3. Mash the 3 very ripe bananas. 4. Add milk eggs, egg white and vanilla to bananas. 5. Mix in dry ingredients with banana mixture until all relatively smooth. 6. Grease a standard loaf pan or use non stick spray. Pour batter into loaf pan. 7. Bake for roughly 25-30 minutes until tester in the middle of the loaf is clean. Let cool completely before cutting. |
