Almost Fat-Free Asian Cole Slaw |

Not technically an Asian recipe, it's quick and very tasty. Ingredients:
1/2 cup white corn syrup |
1/2 orange, juice of, fresh |
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil (asian style) |
2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce |
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar |
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper |
1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix, shredded style |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 6 ingredients. 2. Add the cole slaw mix. 3. Stir and let sit 20 - 30 minutes. 4. Stir before serving. |
