This is a real easy I am too tired to cook recipe. We don't have a rice cooker so I use a sauce pot (3 quart). Ingredients:
2 cups of sliced cabbage (or more) |
1 cup raw rice |
1/2 cup water |
bell pepper, chopped |
onion, chopped |
tony creole seasoning, to taste (optional) |
1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes |
1 lb ground beef, raw |
Directions:
1. Layer as listed in rice cooker. 2. When bell goes off it is ready. |
