ALMOST BETTER THAN SEX CAKE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Tills Estate in Plano, Texas in 1992. Ingredients:
1 german chocolate cake mix |
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk |
12 ounces butterscotch caramel topping |
1 pint whipped topping |
3 toffee candy bars crushed |
Directions:
1. Prepare cake mix and bake in a rectangular baking pan according to directions.
2. When done remove from oven and while still hot poke holes in cake with end of wooden spoon.
3. Pour sweetened condensed milk then the caramel topping into the holes and let cake cool.
4. Refrigerate until serving time then when ready to serve spread cake with whipping topping.
5. Sprinkle crushed can on top of cake and serve.
