After exposure to the sun for several hours, this is a great way to remove tan and fight sun damage. From the Young Times magazine. Ingredients:
1 cup dried almonds, blanched |
1 cup cold low-fat yogurt, beaten |
Directions:
1. Mix both the ingredients in a blender bowl. 2. Cover and process until you get a paste. 3. Keep it on for 15 minutes. 4. Wash off. 5. Pat dry. 6. Relax and enjoy! |
