A moist and flavorful cake-like loaf for afternoon coffee Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 egg |
1 cup yogurt |
1/3 cup oil |
1/2 teaspoon almond extract |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. 2. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. 3. Add wet ingredients to dry and combine just until moistened. 4. Pour into Loaf Pan coated in non-stick cooking spray. 5. Bake 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes. 6. Allow to cool 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack. |
