Smoked almonds add extra flair to Rachel's fast-fixing zucchini side dish. And with only a handful of ingredients, it couldn't be quicker! Rachel Magoncia-OâLeary - Creswell, Oregon Ingredients:
3 medium zucchini, thinly sliced |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup smoked almonds, chopped |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, saute zucchini and garlic in oil and butter until tender. Stir in salt and pepper; sprinkle with almonds. Yield: 4 servings. |
