1 cup skim milk |
1 cup sliced peach |
1/2 teaspoon almond extract |
1 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth and creamy. 2. This makes a great breakfast. |
