Ingredients:
2 cups blanched almonds
1 egg white
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Chop almonds VERY fine. Add 1 egg white gradually, then 1 cup icing sugar and lemon juice. K.
2. Knead with more icing sugar until a soft dough is formed.
3. Roll out to desired shape, about 1/4 inch thick, and top fruitcakes.
