An excellent warming drink for the winter. This drink replaces any egg nog! This recipe is from David Wolfe's book The Sunfood Diet Success System . Ingredients:
40 soaked almonds |
8 pitted dates |
2 tablespoons cinnamon |
1 tablespoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Mix and blend with distilled water. 2. Almond milk is best when almonds and dates are mixed in a 8:1 ratio. |
