I love this little danish sweet mazipan like cake recipe. It is crispy on the outside and sweet, moist and dense on the inside. You can cut in into wedges if baked in a cake pan or slices if baked in a lorea Ingredients:
1 large egg |
1 c sugar |
1/2 c almond meal |
1/2 c all purpose flour |
2.5 tsp almond extract |
1/2 c butter, soften |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs until thicken. 2. Add sugar and beat for another 5 minutes until fluffy. 3. Add almond meal, flour and soften butter and beat until smooth. 4. Add almond extract and mix. 5. Pour into prepared cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes. |
