                    I have not tried this recipe. I'm posting this recipe for safe keeping. I got this recipe from, From Baba's Kitchen To Ours. I plan to use homemade condensed milk, unsweetened coconut and marachino cherries. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                12 ounces eagle brand sweetened condensed milk  |  
                                                1 cup slivered almonds  |  
                                                14 ounces coconut  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon almond extract  |  
                                                candied cherry  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Combine all ingredients together, except candied cherries and blend well. 2. Drop with a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet, one inch apart. 3. Press half a candied cherry on each cookie. 4. Bake in 350 oven for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.                              |
