A creamy pie with Almond Joy bars blended in. Ingredients:
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened |
1 pint heavy whipping cream |
4 tbsp. sugar |
2 almond joy bars |
magic shell topping |
2 graham cracker pie crusts |
slivered almonds |
coconut |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until softened. 2. Add whipping cream and beat until thick and fluffy. 3. Add sugar and mix. 4. In a food processor, chop Almond Joy bars into tiny pieces. 5. Add pieces to cream mixture and mix. 6. Add a small amount of magic shell to give the cream mixture a chocolate flavor. 7. Pour cream mixture into pie shells. 8. Drizzle magic shell topping over pies, then sprinkle coconut and slivered almonds over pies. 9. Refrigerate until magic shell is set or until ready to serve. |
