I made these for a Labor Day Celebration once. The adults loved them as much as the children! Ingredients:
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened |
1/3 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips |
1/2 teaspoon almond extract |
1 cup cool whip |
1/4 cup crushed cookie |
Directions:
1. In bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. 2. Fold in Cool Whip. 3. Spoon into paper lined muffin tins. 4. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs and freeze. |
