Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked orzo |
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives |
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted |
Directions:
1. Cook orzo according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain. Return orzo to pan; stir in oil, herbs, rind, and salt. Sprinkle with almonds. |
