Almond gelatin - just like the way they serve it at Chinese dim sum! Ingredients:
1 (.25 ounce) package unflavored gelatin |
3/4 boiling water |
1/4 cup white sugar |
1 cup whole milk |
1 teaspoon almond extract |
1/2 (15.25 ounce) can fruit cocktail, including syrup |
Directions:
1. Combine gelatin with boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Stir in sugar, milk, and almond extract. Pour into a 9 inch square pan and refrigerate overnight. Cut into cubes and serve with fruit cocktail. |
