Quick and easy! And so yummmy! I always put yogurt and fruit on mine! Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour |
1 pinch salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
4 eggs |
1/4 cup honey |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat waffle iron. 2. Combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, and vanilla. Stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Grease preheated waffle iron with cooking spray. 3. Spoon batter onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden; serve hot. |
