Make sure to keep them small. They are not sweet, but do have a nice nutty flavor. Goes well with fruit, maple syrup, or honey. Ingredients:
1/2 c almond meal |
1 1/2 large eggs |
1/8 t cinnamon |
1/8 t vanilla extract |
1/2 t coconut oil |
Directions:
1. Mix together almond meal, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla. Heat coconut oil on a skillet. Cook pancakes. |
