Tofy, Soy Milk, Yogurt and Almond Smoothie. Approved for Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 of the South Beach Diet. Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat low-sugar vanilla soymilk |
3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt |
6 ounces firm silken tofu |
1/4 cup dry-roasted almonds |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Serve cold. |
