Salmon with the crunch of roasted almonds! Ingredients:
125 g salmon fillets |
1/3 cup almonds, chopped |
2 tablespoons parsley |
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 cup all-purpose flour |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Put cover the salmon with flour. 2. Cover the Salmon with almonds, lemon juice, and parsley mix. 3. Sprinkle on some salt and pepper. 4. Put on a sprayed pan for about 7 min per side until middle of salmon is opaque. |
