Crunchy breakfast Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats |
1 cup sliced almonds |
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup |
1/4 cup water |
1 cup dates, chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250. 2. Mix oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon. 3. Add maple syrup, water. 4. Stir until well mixed. 5. Spread evenly on baking sheet. 6. Bake 1 hour, stiring every 15 minutes. 7. Allow to cool slightly. 8. Put in mixing bowl. 9. Add dates, stir. 10. Return to baking sheet, allow to finish cooling. 11. Store in air-tight container. |
