This is great on Spice cake, carrot cake, banana cake or top a chocolate cake. This works nice on slightly warm cake so it is absorbed into the cake. Can be doubled if you want to frost a 2 layer cake! Ingredients:
4 ounces butter, softened |
6 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/3 cup amaretto |
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted |
Directions:
1. Place all in a food processor and pulse till smooth.
2. Drizzle or spread on whatever you like.
