Greatness in this delicate little creamy dessert. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream |
1 teaspoon cornstarch |
2 tablespoons sugar |
3 egg yolks beaten |
1 cup browned ground almonds |
1 teaspoon almond extract |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Dissolve cornstarch in the cream and cook until it thickens a little then add egg yolks and sugar which have been beaten together and cook until thick. 2. Cool cream to room temperature and then chill in refrigerator at least 30 minutes. 3. When cream is cold add extracts and nuts. |
