1 1/4 cups shredded cabbage |
1/4 cup finely chopped celery |
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted |
2 tablespoons diced green pepper |
2 tablespoons diced, peeled cucumber |
1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons minced onion |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vinegar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients; toss lightly. Chill overnight. Drain well. |
