A frozen non-alcoholic drink your family will enjoy. For best results freeze fresh bananas ahead of time. Ingredients:
1 cup light coconut milk |
1 1/2 cups chocolate sorbet |
2 bananas, frozen and sliced |
2 tablespoons coconut, grated |
1 teaspoon coconut extract |
3/4 teaspoon almond extract |
Directions:
1. In a blender combine coconut milk and sorbet. 2. Add the frozen bananas, coconut, coconut and almond extract. 3. Blend until smooth and serve. |
