132 g. chopped almonds |
110 g. shredded unsweetened coconut |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg whites, sugar, and vanilla; mix well with a wooden spoon. Add the cocoa, cinnamon, almonds, and coconut; stir to combine. 3. Drop the mixture from a tablespoon onto the prepared baking sheet, making small mounds. 4. Bake on middle rack of the oven for 15 minutes or until firm. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan. |
