1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken breasts |
1 cup halved seedless grapes |
1/4 cup diced celery |
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon toasted slivered almonds |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
8 slices light bread |
2 cups shredded lettuce |
Directions:
1. Combine the chicken, grapes, celery, mayo, almonds and pepper together and mix well. 2. Divide among 4 slices bread. 3. Top each with lettuce and another slice of bread. |
