I got this out of a magazine and it's healthy delicous and easy Ingredients:
1 cup apricot fruit spread |
3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce |
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions |
4 teaspoons cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon ground mustard |
6 chicken breast halves |
1/2 cup sliced almonds |
1 tablespoon melted butter |
Directions:
1. in a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients, dip chicken in apricot mixture. place in a 13x9 dish that is greased. sprinkle almonds over chicken drizzle with butter and bake at 350 degrees uncovered until juices run clear. |
