3 chicken breasts, boned and sliced |
4 tablespoons almonds, chopped |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1 egg white |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon light soy sauce |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1 tablespoon chinese wine or 1 tablespoon sherry wine |
4 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Marinate chicken for 20 minutes, drain and set aside. 2. Mix chopped almonds with corn starch. 3. Beat egg white and dip in chicken. 4. Preheat oil to 350F in a deep fryer or large saucepan. 5. Roll chicken pieces in cornstarch mixture and deep fry until golden brown. |
