This dip recipe is great. Great way to use up leftover or different kinds of cheeses I have on hand. Ingredients:
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese(or whatever you have or prefer) |
2 tb mayonnaise |
1/8 tsp onion powder |
dash pepper |
dash louisiana- style hot sauce |
1 green onion,chopped |
1 tb sliced almonds |
crackers or veggies |
Directions:
1. In small bowl,combine first five ingredients;stir in green onion and almonds. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 2. Serve with crackers or veggies. |
