Love Peanut Butter Cookies? Here is my take on a classic using almond butter. Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar |
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed |
1 cup butter |
1 tablespoon molasses |
1 cup almond butter |
2 large eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon pure almond extract |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix flour, baking soda and salt, set aside. 3. Cream butter and sugars together with a mixer. 4. Add Molasses and almond butter, mix until blended. 5. Add eggs, vanilla and pure almond extract, mix well. 6. Add dry ingredients a little at a time until well mixed. 7. Using a medium sized cookie scoop or drop by a tablespoon onto a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. |
