Good nutrition in a tall frosty glass ... To make the shake thicker, blend in the crushed ice after thoroughly blending together the other ingredients. Shake will taste best if all liquid ingredients are chilled. From the Sam's Club Source.
Ingredients:
1 cup silk soymilk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup fresh blueberries or 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
10 almonds
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (soy)
4 ice cubes
