I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ossg Recipes.
Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
splenda sugar substitute
1 tablespoon coconut
3 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese
Directions:
1. Mix almond extract and sweetener. Spoon over coconut and mix well. Mix.
2. almond butter, cheese, and sweetner until fully blended.
3. Roll into 1/4 inch balls and place in freezer for 10 minutes.
4. To Store: Wrap well in waxed paper and store in freezer bag.
