2 tablespoons light corn syrup |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 teaspoons almond extract |
1 8 oz cream cheese, softened |
2 tablespoons sliced almonds |
Directions:
1. In small saucepan, heat corn syrup until hot but not boiling. 2. Stir in brown sugar and almond extract. 3. In medium bowl, blend syrup mixture with cream cheese until smooth. 4. Stir in almonds. 5. Store covered in refrigerator until ready to serve. 6. Makes 1 cup. |
