Alma's Spinach Artichoke Dip |

Creamy spinach artichoke dip. Ingredients:
5 ounces frozen chopped spinach, drained and squeezed dry |
14 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
3 teaspoons garlic, minced |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. 3. Blend in the remaining ingredients. 4. Spread into 8x8 baking dish. 5. Cover. 6. Bake for 20 minutes. 7. Bake additional 5 minutes uncovered. |
