Asian Style Chicken Wings- Very tasty! Friend of mine makes these at all informal gatherings. Kept the recipe the same as hers, but I add the ginger for extra flavoring. Ingredients:
15 ounces soy sauce |
16 ounces light italian dressing ( kens dressing, if available) |
2/3 cup sugar |
2/3 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
5 lbs chicken wings (separated) |
Directions:
1. Mix first six ingredients together. Put chicken wings in large bowl then pour over the sauce and marinate in refrigerator overnight (or longer). 2. Drain marinade and bake chicken wings in a 400 degree oven (uncovered) for one hour. Stir half way through the cookings. |
