moist and flavorful banana bread Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
3/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
2 eggs |
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas |
1/3 cup plain yogurt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine flour, baking soda, salt. 3. In a separate bowl, beat sugar and butter. 4. Add eggs, one at a time. 5. Add banana, yogurt, and vanilla. 6. Add flour mixture until just moist. 7. Pour into greased loaf pan. 8. Bake 1 hour. Cool at least 10 minutes in pan before removing to rack to cool completely. |
